In a Shared Hosting environment Resellers must take responsible for their website/database/email data backups and Macro Infosys won t do daily, weekly and monthly backups for reseller clients data.If in case there is a hardware failure or crash ,it s resellers responsbility to have their back up data and restore the website in the new hardware.
If you need back up subscription,monthly back up will cost around Rs.2499 /year for your entire reseller account websites.
Hence forth Macro Infosys will not take responsbility for clients data back ups.
